My name is Mikarla and I have been in the beauty industry for nearly 10 years and have been a practicing cosmetic nurse for 3 years. I believe everyone should feel confident in their own skin and strive to provide my patients with natural, enhanced results.
After completing my Dip. of Beauty Therapy, I found my passion for helping people with their skin concerns and decided I wanted to do more. I went back to university to study for my Dip. Higher Education and into my B. Nursing Sciences. I have since completed a Grad Dip of Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables through GrayClay to further develop my skills. I also work as a medical and women's health nurse at the Mater Private Hospital 2 days a week. I enjoy the balance this gives me and the ability to maintain my clinical skills.
In my spare time, I enjoy camping, fishing, spending time with my family and friends and just relaxing on the couch with a good book.
